I noted some of the recipes are seasonal, so I was wondering how much effort it would be to assemble a calendar of when these are good for which period and also when to start them?

LOL.....be careful what you ask for....

I'd say I'll do it, but I've a list of stuff about as long as my arm to do for Gotmead, and I'm also doing a re-layout of the entire site, including putting together a navigation setup thats a lot easier.

I think it's a great idea though, exmoor_cat! You might check out a book called A Witch's Beverages and Brews by Patricia Telesco. She talks about ritual drinks, and the times to make them.....

No worries. *I* don't promise timescale, as any paying work I get (though a bit thin right now) takes priority over any fun stuff with Gotmead......
