Shana Tova
We woke on the eve of the Jewish New Year to shaking beds - that is, we lazybones who were still in bed at 7.00 AM. Well, we aim for prayer to spiritually shake us up - hopefully our mediations over Rosh HaShannah will shake us into awareness as the earthquake woke us up this morning. It measured 4.3 on the Richter scale, but no damage has been reported.
Going to rack my New Moon Meads amongst all the cooking and baking - and I'll be offline a couple of days. Happy Birthday to the world! And Shana Tova to everyone.

Re: Shana Tova
Miriam,
A very happy holiday to you and yours! I hope your meads and wines made it through the shake-up okay -- otherwise, what a horrible tragedy!!! Oh, the very thought of it is paining me...

Back online after the holiday - thank you, everyone, for your good wishes. We say here that blessings return to those who bless - so may you all enjoy health, wealth, happiness and peace.
Next chapter goes out by the weekend, Oskaar!
