I'm also curious how you commercial guys get your water. I buy 5 gallon plastic carbouys of spring water. I can Imagine you buy tankers full of spring water.

From a tour I took - I know that Redstone uses Boulder city water. Though I didn't see for sure, I'm betting they sediment and charcoal filter for chlorine/chloramines. That isn't too hard to do with cartridge filters that you could pick up at a big orange store.
