I have been brewing this one every 2-3 weeks for the last year, this extract version is exactly how I want it. Thought I'd share it.

Start with 6.25 gallons of water for a final volume of 5 gallons.
OG=1.060
FG=1.010

Grains steeped at 156 F:
2# 2-row
2# Munich
.25# cara-pils
.25# crystal 20L

Extract boiled 60 minutes:
5#light dry malt extract (briess)

Hops:
.6 oz galena pellets (60 min)
.5 oz columbus pellets (15 min)
5 oz columbus pellets (2 min)
dry hop 1 oz columbus pellets in secondary for at least 1 week.

1 packet danstar nottingham dry yeast
