I've scoraged the net looking for anything having to do with chokecherrys and beer. Chokecherrys are an abundance around my parts real soon and I would like to brew an ale or a stout using some chokecherrys for and event. Can anyone help me out here? Maybe get creative and get me a base recipe to work with. I've done a few beer batches and understand the fundamentals, and yes I will do a chokecherry mead too. So don't get all bent out of shape
