Hi

I want to make cyser, but all recepies I found are from apple juice, I don't really have access to 100% organic apple juice but I have plenty of apples, do you have any recopies on cyser from fresh apple? Or any recipe how to go on about making apple juice from fresh apples that will be suitable for cyser?

I purchased a juicer from Amazon and pushed 80 lbs of cored apples through it. Somewhat labor intensive but definitely got the job done. In hindsight I would have filtered the juice prior to the primary as considerable insoluble material made it into the pot, making the first rack rather wasteful, but it did work out from an apple standpoint.

Here's a link to a thread that some of the heavies helped me with this same question: https://www.gotmead.com/forum/showthread.php/32159-cyser-prep?p=286976#post286976
