Agglomerating second runnings from a few batches into a sour. I'm not sure exactly what all will wind up in here...
First part: second runnings from the RyePA grist. Boiled for 30 minutes with 1/8 oz Fuggles.
Added Roselare blend. Fitted with my airlock/dowel combo I used for lambic previously.
Plan is to make a schwarzbier soon and add the second runnings from that grist as well. Also the plan is to add cherries at some point. I'll update as appropriate.
