Okies folks. So Mr. Guinlilly aka BrimmingHorn had his recipe for Basilisk (2011 Gold Medal Mazer Cup Metheglin Winner) published in the re-released Extreme Brewing. It was the second recipe published in the new section 'Deluxe Brews'. That's the good news. The bad news is that the book apparently had the stupidest, most inept, needs to be fired because they are the biggest FREAKING idiot editor imaginable who mixed a MEAD RECIPE with a beer recipe and then edited the blurb I wrote wrong leaving words which needed to be left in out. This is me after seeing it in the Amazon preview: >:(

The Book: http://www.amazon.com/Extreme-Brewi...016830&sr=8-1&keywords=extreme+brewing+deluxe

/kicks the editor in the face

I'll see about posting the REAL recipe.

Congratulations! And (?) condolences.

Maybe you could do the accurate recipe and commentary in the amazon book review section?
