final gravity reading

Thanks! I'm psyched...and the girlfriend (not a real beer drinker) actually asked if we could have one of MY beers with dinner...of course, they'd only been in the bottle a day at that point, but it's certainly encouraging...
 
Quick update: I bottled my first beer yesterday! A dozen 22oz bottles and twenty-seven 12 ouncers. The FG reading was still a 1.014, but it had been steady at that for over a week. The partial pint I had (the last bottle wasn't quite full) tasted great, but I'll be anixous to try a colder, carbonated pint in a couple weeks.

1.014 is a decent gravity for a Scottish Ale, tthough maybe a little high. The extra .005 gravity points could start fermenting later on, so keep an eye on the bottles. If they start seeming like they're overcarbonated, you'll have to keep them all refrigerated.
