Hey GL, are you growing any?

I ordered a few rhizomes from NB. Prices are getting out of hand...

You know, I just recently moved and now have 7 acres of property and really no reason NOT to grow any. With that being said, I'm not sure if I'm going to plant any rhizomes this year or not as I have a LOT of other work to do around the homestead. I always thought - long before I even know what mead was - that I'd like to have a few beehives as well, but I'm not sure at this point if that is going to happen either - at least not this year. Go figure .....

My rhizome showed up in the mail yesterday. So I have Cascade, Nugget and Willamette. I hope eventually to use the last two for my future brews when the British hops become rare. Now to convince my missus that she *needs* to have them growing out front to provide shade. That is my tactic and I am sticking to it.
