Volume: 1 litre
Spirit: Absolut Vodka
Hop: Cascade, 1oz, whole leaf

I just added the hops to a decanter and filled with the vodka then put it into my closet away from the light. I will be testing daily for aroma, and weekly for flavor.

2/14/09 so far it smells kinda citrusy, very grassy or vegetal. tastes mostly grassy and vegetal. maybe a quick boil was a better idea. time will tell though.
