I've been wanting to make a braggot for a while now, since that was the first mead-like thing that I tasted, and the thing that got me into the mead world.
There are some great tips and recipes on here, but a lot of the braggots seem to come out at the 8-10% mark. I would like to make something a little weaker, say 5-7%.
Just lower the honey content? Use a different yeast? Any recommendations really appreciated. I'll even send a bottle over if someone gives me a great recipe.
