Need some advice

Barrel Char Wood Products
For really tough labels and glue, maybe try Goo Gone. This has worked well on everything Ive went up against.
 
I soak my bottles in Oxyclean for a few hours and they come off with no problem. Some you have to scrub the glue off with a sponge but mostly those are just the bottles from Short's Brewing, those labels do not want to come off.

Also running them in your dishwasher once helps.
