Here is a recipe that I composed and am boiling now.

It is a mini-mash

5 lbs pale malt extract
1 pound British Crystal Malt 60L
.5 pounds British chocolate malt
1 oz East Kent Goldings (60 min boil)
White Labs English Ale Yeast WLP002

We'll see how she turns out. Or is it masculine...? Him? It? She? Who knows... I have had a few homebrews...

After another 1-2 homebrews...

In spanish beer is feminine. La Cerveza.
Chime in with other languages.

bottled a couple of days ago, and drank a underfilled bottle of the uncarbed beer. I have really high expectations for this beer. I controled temp for this one in the bath tub, as my kids were out of town. Nice clean flavor, slightly sweat, minimal hops... this may turn out to be a good, solid, southern brown.
