A very light Weissen, perfect for hot summer days after finishing the yardwork (or grilling out, washing the car, cleaning the windows, waking up....)

Angus, I'm interested in doing this as my first beer since it is all extract. You'd just use corn sugar to prime if bottling this recipe? Standard load?

thanks..
jerry..

Jerry,

I tend to use the priming pills instead of racking onto sugar. They work great and you can adjust your prime per bottle. This worked out to be a great recipe that went a little too quick. You want to keep it light so stir well when mixing the extract into the pot and watch to make sure you do not caramelize too much.
