This Wednesday the meeting topic will be mead. We meet in Hales Corners at Clifford's Supper club at 7:30. Guests are asked to donate $10 at the door to help cover the meeting costs. We will have both home made and commercial samples. Bring your own too. We like sharing beer and mead. :-)
 
I'd love to show up, but there's that whole work thing I have to do. Next time make it on a Friday or Saturday.
 
I would have liked to go, but I am in Kentucky until tomorrow. Do you guys ever post up tasting notes for the mead or beer you try?
 
Meetings are always on Wednesday. Sorry.

Google brewblog and beer barons. Should find the club's recipe site. Tasting notes are included on some. No commercial notes though.
