Not sure why people are allowed to post in this forum. It’s should be locked to all but the administrators. When members, who didn’t know any better, do post in it, it’s locked to people who want to respond and answer the new members questions.

Evidently, when the post is created, they member has to ”Set thread status” to Unlocked, but I’m thinking most people don’t see this option.
