I had a bottle of this at Christmas -

12% ABV, and tastes like honey (duh). Didn't get to measure SG (was with family), so I don't know what their idea of "dry" is, but it was really good. Good enough in fact to inspire me to make a traditional mead. My son gave me 3 lbs of clover honey, so I have no excuse.

Not many meads on the shelves here in CT. This particular liquor store has them with the specialty liquors, not in the wine area.

I have a bottle of that same a friend gave me for Christmas. I plan on opening for new years. Will let you know the SG when I open it.
 
Just picked up another bottle of this and it reads out right at 1.000. I'm surprised I like it, I'm not usually a dry guy.
I'll see how it pairs with microwaved lasagna - that's what's on the menu on this cold snowy night.
