By the label you might expect a Cyser... but the ingredient list is :
Water, Honey, Apple Juice, Cherry Juice, Hops, Green Tea, Natural Spices and flavors ...
Slightly carbonated... petulant almost no bubbles after pour, but still a carbonic bite, and some fizzing on the tongue...
Nose is Fresh cut apple, and apple peel up front, but it gets disapears quickly and you are left with honey, allspice/cinnamon(?)/somewoodyspice, hints of cherry, and something slightly herbal(hops?)
Light apple/honey notes up front again on the taste, which quickly turns into light hoppy/spicey/hoppy (tea tannins) back end... not very sweet... interesting, but with everything else going on the apples are pretty ephemeral... nice balance, not too sweet, not too dry, bite on the end fades quickly...
Nice but nothing much to write home about...would have preferred more apple character...
