I see that the local grocery store has agave nectar. I have not tried it but I was wondering if anyone here has tried it either with a mead or a cider and what kind of flavor (if any) it would add.

Thanks

My local Whole Foods has Agave on tap. I have been meaning to kick around making a gallon test batch to test with. I havent found it to have a real distinct flavor. just a general sweetness. honey has a far more intense flavor.
