Awesome ! Less than 72 hours after bringing my Amber Ale upstairs, I opened one up last night and ....... CARBONATION ! :icon_thumleft:

This beer came out well .... more malty than hopsy - but still nicely balanced as far as I'm concerned - with a smooth clean finish. My son-in-law said it was very, very close to the Fat Tire he remembers drinking when he was living out in Colorado.
