Actually I didn't even know I was going to test until about 2 weeks before I took the test. But it did confirm what I felt I understood.

That's a great idea! Then send me one too. But seriously, your comment got me to thinking that the vast majority of mead I have tried are made by me.
Not much to compare to.

Hi Bray. The initial test is an on line test. Once you pass that then you have a sensory panel. I can point you to the online if you need some direction

It's damn hard work being a judge. At the Mazer Cup today. Your judges work their butts off.
