Yep, Kveik is big, it's just not THAT available here in South Africa yet. I'll definitely give it a shot sometime, but for now, I'm falling even more in love with 71B. Kveik will mean faster progression toward larger batches (as I don't have to control the temperature that finely), so there's that. I'm keeping an eye on the availability, and I've spoken to my LHBS the other day to probe them on getting some, and the guy seems to have taken the bait, so here's to hoping!
