I'm doing the staycation thing next week. I might be on holiday from work, but not from science! I'm thinking of doing a few experiments I've been wanting to get to such as:
1. Glycerol Experiment for Mouthfeel
2. Acacia/Black Locust Wood Exp.
3. Bacon BOMM

Why am I posting this? To make myself commit and get it done! Cheers!

I've found glycerol to be a great additive for mouthfeel for some of my brews that taste good but seem a little "thin" or watery. Add just a little bit and Presto. Never really did a "Science the shit of it experiment" so this will be interesting-looking forward to your outcomes.
 
I've got to say, out of all the posts I read, I always look forward to a lor post!
