.5 lbs english roasted barley
.5 lbs english black malt
.25 lbs weyermann carafa III
.25 lbs Breiss caramel 120
hops
2 oz williamette 60 min
1 oz cascade 15 min
1 oz cascade 1 min
yeast
wyeast 1332 Northwest ale
lavlin 71b-1122
Cooked just like a stout. After the hops add and 60 min boil added 9 lbs honey and watered up to 10 gallons. Split into 2 carboys for a side by side. Never tried this. One batch with the ale yeast and the other with the lavlin ... well guess we will see in about 9 months.
