Hi everyone. So I wrote a post last Sunday, detailing my first 4 batches of mead and I asked a few questions. I have no idea what happened to that post but apparently, it was never approved, and my account is still in new bee limbo. Rather than waste a bunch of time writing another detailed post, let's see if this little note ever sees light on the forum. Crossing my fingers and looking forward to being a full fledged member of the group.
My mead seems to be doing okay BTW.
