Here is my other Braggot I've bottled up, I made it for a really good friend's wedding. We left the reception a bit earlier than most, and she said that a lot of people REALLY enjoyed it. I bottled it in 750ml Belgian bottles, and apparently some people were drinking bottles themselves (I gave them 4 cases worth.): http://canadiansasquatchbrewery.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Happy-Marriage-in-a-Bottle-Label.png

Then this one is from an Imperial Stout I made: http://canadiansasquatchbrewery.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/Angry-Squatch-Cherry-Buster.png

I use a chalk pen with chalkboard-like labels, but then found a chalkboard paint that works good. I wanted a chalk looking label. The other is just something I designed and printed on avery labels I had.

Soulless Solstice

This is a label that a friend drew up for a pumpkin-ginger mead that I bottled last fall.

Impressive. May I ask where and how did you get these made?

Salutations, fellow mazers!

Been a few months, but things have been slow on the homestead. The last gallon of Sjofne Gardr is gone, and the equipment is again free for the next batch.
Last Valentine's Day weekend, the little wifey and I went on a wine trail; a route the covers most of the wineries and vineyards in the South Jersey shore area (which we'll be doing again this coming weekend). Her favorite wine was a blueberry variety. So for this next batch...

Valkyrja Draught

Bought a 1 gallon glass jug for..well..just because. I thought I'd make a quick and dirty fruit wine with it, and decided on a plum wine. I can't refrain from the joys of letting out my creative monster, so I just HAD to design a label. The results made my wife chuckle, so I suppose it's a winner.

Plum Crazy

I'm making a lot of experimental BOMMs these days, so I designed a basic label that allows me to write in details on the bottom.

Better brewing through science!

See my Current Mead Making Techniques article here:

Love that label! Where did you get the blanks? I'm having crap luck with self stick Avery style lables. I print out a nice label only to have it bubble and loosen a few months down the road. Seems like although they are a little more work that a paper label with some glue may look and work better, if that's what you are using?

I use Office Depot brand labels with zero problems with humidity here in 200% Humidity Houston. And labels that I want to protect against being in an ice chest I cover with: http://www.amazon.com/Con-Tact-Covering-Self-Adhesive-Privacy-18-Inches/dp/B001NPDFEY

Cheers!
