2015 brewing resolutions?

1) Graduate from 2 gallon batches to 5
2) Start a Melomel
3) Keg and age some
4) Improve technique and recipes with the goal of entering amateur competitions in 2016
 
1) Better note taking!
2) Better decluttering and organization of brewing stuff.
3) Don't leave GotMead for months at a time!
4) Do something with the malt vinegar that I brewed and now has hair growing on it.
